I AM WORTHY
 
Sometimes we find that we just don't feel our own value.  There are some of you who feel that way all the time.  I found this session, called Temporal Tapping, to be very comforting and helpful for my clients.  As you tap along, pay attention to your self-talk.  Stop and note that talk so you can tap on it.  You'll want to work on those things later.
 
How to do this session:
 
Pick 2 points to tap.  I use my chin and my collarbone points.  Use the 2 which are your favorites.
 
Say the following out loud while alternating between the 2 tapping points.  Emphasize the words as written.
 
I am worth it.
 
I AM worth it.
 
I am WORTH it.
 
I am JUST worth it.
 
I am worth it because I am alive, because I breath.
 
I AM WORTH IT.
 
 
I am worthy.
 
I am just WORTHY.
 
It's just a truth.  I AM WORTHY.
 
 
It has always been there.
 
It has always been true.
 
I am VALUED.
 
I AM valued.
 
It's A TRUTH.
 
I speak this truth for myself and for everyone, because my "I AM" is your "I AM."
 
 
Stop tapping.
Take a deep breath.
 
Tell yourself that its OK to accept this energy alignment.  It's simply accepting that it's OK to walk in this truth that has always been thereYou really are worth it.  You really are worthy.  You really are valued.  It's just a truth.
